General Products Policies
Products Delivery
Domestic Delivery: Orders will normally arrive within 3-10 business days from receipt of order. Products are shipped via UPS or US Postal Service unless other arrangements have previously been made.
Products Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from the Business Learning Institute (BLI), you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, with exceptions noted below. BLI will reimburse the cost of shipping for returns of any item sent in error.
Downloadable products, including e-books, are non-refundable and non-returnable.
You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of our receipt; however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Addresses for Returns
When returning products, please include a copy of the invoice or receipt in the package with the returned product(s). Be sure to send by traceable means.
